A foot pedal controls the speed of the tractor, the cutting blades are engaged and disengaged at the flick of a switch through an electronic clutch and a buzzer sounds when the capacious clippings collector is full – it is a joy to use.

If emptying the clippings from the collector from the comfort of the driver’s seat is just too much effort you can fit the mulching plug (supplied with the mower) to finely cut the clippings and discharge them back onto the lawn as you mow.This adds vital nutrients back into the lawn, making the 1638H Twin highly efficient.
